How do I get my money?

What fees do you charge?

Do you pay cash for houses?

Is your company always the buyer?

We absolutely have the ability to close on any contract that we agree to purchase from homeowners. However, depending on the contract terms that we negotiate with the homeowners & the property itself, we may decide to assign our rights to another investor in our network of vetted investors, if it makes more sense to do so.

Should we assign our rights to the purchase contract to another investor, they will close on the transaction at the agreed upon terms.
